Honeycomb Ice-cream Sandwich



Enjoy the sweet crunch of honeycomb candy with smooth vanilla ice cream in the middle of two chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 6 honeycomb candy bars
  • 12 chocolate chip cookies

Instructions:

Allow the vanilla ice cream to get a little softer

Break up 4 honeycomb candy bars into little pieces

When the ice cream is soft, add the crushed honeycomb candy and mix it in

Spread the ice cream with honeycomb on 6 cookies

To make a sandwich, put another cookie on top of each one

Freeze each sandwich for about two hours, or until it is firm

Break up the last two honeycomb candy bars into little pieces

Crush the honeycomb into small pieces and roll the edges of the ice cream sandwiches in them
