Fudgy Frozen Pudding Pops



Savor the rich, creamy goodness of these fudgy popsicles made of frozen pudding. Ideal for sating your summertime chocolate cravings!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth

In a separate bowl, mix the chocolate pudding, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the pudding mixture and stir until it's evenly incorporated

Pour the mixture into Popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion

Insert Popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid

To remove the pops from the molds, briefly run them under warm water to loosen
