S'Mores Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chocolate frosting
- 1 package chocolate candy coating
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for decoration
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips for decoration
Instructions:
As directed on the package, prepare the chocolate cake mix
After the cake cools completely, transfer it to a large bowl and crumble it into fine crumbs
Combine the chocolate frosting, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows with the crumbled cake
Blend until thoroughly blended
Form the batter into tiny cake balls and arrange them on a baking sheet that has been lined
As directed on the package, melt the chocolate candy coating
Make sure every cake pop is completely covered by dipping it into the melted chocolate
Let the dripping chocolate fall off
Reposition the coated cake pops onto the baking sheet that has been lined, then decorate them with mini chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers
Before serving, let the chocolate coating harden
